You are welcome to join us for some Pancakes Cookies and Lemon Cake...

I have been meaning to post this a while now.. For a school project. Elanor had to come up with some recipes. Hope you enjoy

Pancakes.

6 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
7tsp of sugar
1tsp of salt
3 cups of oil

Mix them all together bake at 150 degrees for 1 hr

Cookies

1 cup of Flour
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
BIG bowl of peanut butter
BIG bowl of oatmeal
1 cup of oil
1 cup of salt

mix them all together bake at 395 degrees for 1 hr

Lemon Cake

1 cup of flour
5 tsps of sugar
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
4 lemons (peel lemons)

She says you have to put the lemon peels in the compost .. I asked her what if you don't have one..she said just eat them:)

Bake at 320 degrees (because daddy is 32) for 2 hrs.
